CARPENTRY :
We do all types and sizes of projects, from installing cabinets; bathroom remodels; decks , fences, patio covers and arbors; adding storage, custom closet systems; interior trim, exterior siding, door and window replacements; kitchen facelifts or full remodels; whole house remodels; additions and new home construction.
DESIGN:
We have several designers, architects and plan drawers that we partner with to work as a team to ensure that all aspects of a project are thought through and cost analyzed during the process, to prevent a design being done that the homeowners cannot afford. I have seen this happen countless times and have seen $20,000 + spent for plans that never get built. What a waste of money that could have gone into the actual construction!
HOME ENERGY SAVING REMODELS:
We work with an energy auditor that performs several diagnostic tests, such as infrared photography and air leakage tests, and come up with a proposal of various improvements that will lower utility costs, make your home much more comfortable and improve the indoor air quality. There are federal tax credits available through the ‘stimulus plan’ for a variety of these improvements.
CONSULTING:
We offer consulting services on how to make your home more healthy, energy efficient, water efficient
and beautiful.
